We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Secrétaire Médicale to join our team.

Responsibilities

Dentagest experience

Manage patient appointments and schedules
Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our services
Prepare and manage patient records
Coordinate with the medical team to ensure smooth operations
Handle administrative tasks such as billing and insurance claims

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical field with DENTAGEST software
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in office software, including MS Office and patient management systems
Fluency in French and English
